Usage
CHARGING THE DEVICE
• Use clean tap water at room temperature. Make sure the water level does not exceed the maximum water level mark.
• Add 5-12 drops of selected dōTERRA essential oils to the water. You can even use more oils for an even more intense scent. Experiment with the amount of oil you use and find out how to get the best results.
Cleaning the device
Cleaning is essential to ensure that no oil deposits in the humidifier that already prevent proper operation. That's why it's worth starting a cleaning cycle on the device from time to time.
If you use it every day, it's worth running the cleaning cycle once a month. To do this, follow the steps below:
1. Half fill the humidifier with clean water.
2. Add ten drops of white vinegar.
3. Switch on the device for approx. for five minutes so that the water-vinegar mixture penetrates and cleans all parts of the unit.
4. Empty the humidifier completely.
5. Using an ear cleaning stick dipped in vinegar, wipe the hard-to-reach points and corners of the device.
6. Rinse with clean water.
