Instructions for use
After flossing, put a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on your moistened toothbrush. Brush your teeth gently but thoroughly, preferably after each meal and in the morning and evening, or use as directed by your dentist or doctor. For better results, use mouthwash afterwards. To do this, mix one drop of dōTERRA On Guard mixture in 236 ml of water. Rinse with it intensively for one minute, then rinse.
