Usage
• If you want a hearty recharge, add a drop or two to the palm of your hand, together with equal parts of peppermint and frankincense oil, rub your palms together, then rub it on the back of your head too.
• Add a few drops of wild orange oil to your unscented body lotion and apply all over your body.
• For an invigorating shower, add a few drops of oil to your shower gel before applying.
Instructions for use
